The United Nations Security Council is ineffective in stopping the genocide in the #Gaza Strip.  I would like to appreciate the Secretary General of the United Nations once again. The action of Mr. Guterres, who gave an interview behind the Rafah border and issued a strong message for opening the border to send humanitarian aid, is admirable indeed.
